Manager - Digital Marketing - Brand Marketing Agency (3-5 yrs)

- Founded in 2023 by a Gold Medalist from IIM, Calcutta its inhouse team comes with a collective experience of over 60 years of strategy, brand building, and GTM. It works with startups and MSMEs and helps them drive business growth.

- As a Digital Marketing Manager, will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, attract targeted traffic, and drive conversions across various online channels.

What you need to do :

- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

- Managing Google Ads (PPC campaigns) including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.

- Creating, managing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

- Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities, and develop and execute monthly SEO plans to improve organic search rankings.

- Monitoring and analyzing website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, and generating regular reports to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

- Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, and advertising platforms, and - implementing innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive digital marketing campaigns.

- Managing digital marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize campaign spending to achieve maximum ROI.

Staying informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.

What you need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.

- Hands-on experience in managing Google Ads (PPC campaigns) and social media advertising campaigns.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques, with a track record of improving organic search rankings.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Certification in Google Ads and/or Google Analytics is a plus.

- Adaptable to meet the needs of both clients and the company.
