Marketing Manager Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the local country marketing plan . You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics and collaborate with diverse teams.

You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

1. Tasks

 Digital Campaigning :

- Develop, execute & manage digital marketing campaigns from ideation to completion, including reporting and analysis.

- Setup of digital marketing campaigns for local market and APAC region (Tools: Typo3 & Hubspot)

- Creation of content assets for campaigns

- Increase digital activation and engagement. Execution of campaigns across different digital channel s to generate leads and grow the business

- Lead nurturing and follow - up on leads t ill handover to sales

- Measur e, tr ack and reporting of KPIs per campaign

- Marketing Planning & Budget

- Conduct and engage in market and customer research and uses research insights in the development of marketing planning

- Develop m arketing plan for the local market in collaboration with L ocal Management, Regional MarCom and Global MarCom based on MarCom Strategy

- Manage and  monitor local marketing budget

- Provide reporting based on KPIs to dem onstrate perf ormance and return of investment of all marketing activities

- Marketing Oper ations

- Execute the marketing mix in the marketing plan

- Organize events and exhibitions according to global standards and local requirement

- Creation of marketing communication and promotional material based on Corporate Design

2. Profile

- Minimum 5 - years experience in marketing management in a B2B environment with minimum 3 - years experience in a digital marketing role

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field is required

- Well versed in working on digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms (Google, Linkedin, Youtube, Facebook) .

- Experience with Google Analytics, T y po3, Hubspot and Salesforce.com is a plus

- Strong copywriting and content creation ability

- Ability to work well collaboratively with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders

- Familiar with Microsoft software suite of products
