Manager - Digital Marketing (8-12 yrs)

Performance Marketing :

- Oversee performance marketing campaigns across all regions & across multiple online channels to drive long-term business goals.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Work with business teams & Digital marketing team to Drive revenue, achieve targeted ROI, and maintain positive KPI trends with external agencies.

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels a customer touch touchpoints.

- Strong knowledge in lead nurturing using marketing automation tools.

SEO & Website Management :

- Led and directed the implementation of strategic and operational on and off-page SEO strategies, campaigns, and optimization.

- Led technical SEO analysis and identified & executing website optimization strategies that deliver organic leads and conversions.

- Developing, tracking, and monitoring SEO targets, including KPIs and OKRs, in alignment with business strategy.

- Staying ahead of industry changes and acting as our in-house expert on new approaches to SEO.

- Proficiency in managing CMS-driven websites.

Technology Implementations:

- Build and maintain both web and mobile applications for the organization

- Collaborate with the business teams & come up with technology-driven ideas that can help increase productivity & the customer experience.

Requirements :

- 8-10 years of experience in Performance Marketing & SEO

- Technical proficiency, including the ability to communicate with developers (IT Engineering background is preferred)

- An analytical mindset with a solid understanding of Digital Marketing & SEO KPIs

- Proficiency with Digital marketing & SEO tools, including Google Tag manager & Analytics, Google Search Console and crawling software, CRM Tools like SalesForce, Marketing Automation Tools like Hubspot, WebEngage, etc

- Google Adwords & Facebook Blueprint certification is preferred

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
