About the Role :

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join our team at our Coimbatore, India office. This role will focus on multiple aspects of digital marketing, including outreach, organic channels, social media platforms, website management and optimization, content strategy/execution, and reporting.

Job Responsibilities :

- Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work under them.

- Develops content marketing strategy by researching prospects and existing client base and monitoring the competition.

- Plan and executes content marketing at scale.

- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.

- Develop critical KPIs.

- Measures and reports performance of all content marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes campaign performance based on the insights.

- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through content marketing.

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

- Should be able to manage a team of content writers, video content creator and graphic designers and deliver the desired output.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create required marketing collaterals like videos, eBooks, One-Pagers, White Papers, Case Studies, Landing Pages, etc.

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate campaign performance across multiple channels.

- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

Required Qualifications/Skills:

- Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role

- Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development

- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.

- Outstanding leadership and organization skills

- Proven work experience in B2B(IT Industry)

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in digital marketing

- Knowledge in GA4 and Google Search console will be an advantage

- Should have a basic understanding of CRM and marketing automation.

- Proficient in marketing research

- Highly creative and self-motivated

- Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
