- Our Client is a deep tech, decision Intelligence company that works primarily at the nexus of agriculture, infrastructure, and climate action creating an impact for the other millions, focusing on the developing world. We want to make insights from earth observation data accessible to all.

- Our Client product is a loan lifecycle risk management product suite which uses satellite imagery, AI and ML to help banks make smarter decisions for agricultural credit lending. We are looking for a marketing manager to manage the brand and promotions for client product.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, events, and content marketing.

- Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure successful execution of campaigns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business strategy.

- Manage the company's website and optimize for search engine rankings and user experience.

- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements :

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services industry.

- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Education Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
