Job Description :

- Marketing jobs usually need both analytical and creative thinking. Creative thinking is pivotal in conceptualizing to deliver engaging campaigns that stand out from the competitors. Analytical bend will help in evaluating the success of those creative campaigns and drive user growth through varied marketing channels to deliver ROI.

- We want someone who can strategize creative marketing campaigns and is data-driven. Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and grows with the company.

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Planning & executing digital marketing strategies on Facebook, Google etc. This involve competition monitoring, running experiment, preparing reports or driving & sharing insights.

- Driving SEO efforts, analyzing potential keywords, optimizing organic traffic.

- Assisting in the planning and execution of creative digital marketing strategies

- Being actively involved in SEO efforts

- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc.

- Monitoring competition and provide suggestions for improvement

- Conduct well planned experiments to explore new channels and drive traffic

- Prepare analytical dashboards and give insights of key areas of importance

- Provide timely recommendations/improvements & insights to the seniors

- Stay updated on the latest platforms and their popularity with the target audience

- Setup end to end analytics for every marketing activity

Requirements :

- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital media marketing for B2B & B2C brands.

- 2-3 years of experience in copywriting

- Proven experience in understanding user journey/behaviour

- Has a track record of planning and executing of creative marketing campaigns

- Relevant experience in managing performance campaigns, carrying out organic growth, lead generation and management, social media marketing etc.

- Experience in B2B lead generation campaigns on Google, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

- Hands-on experience in planning and managing digital media marketing activities.

- Confident in Web Analytics, A/B Testing and metrics driven marketing

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
