Manager - Digital Marketing (5-10 yrs)

Role and Work Description :

Digital Marketing ( B2B 2c) :

- Seed digital marketing function in the company.

- Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

- Work with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Marketing Approaches.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Work with the supporting teams (such as programmers), agencies, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

- Maintain our Web, Mobile, and Social Media presence.

- Plan and execute email/drip campaigns to generate leads for the business.

- Plan content strategies to build brand awareness thought leadership for the company.

- Identify trends and insights, optimize spending and performance.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

- Monitor market trends, analyze competitive products and activities; find, communicate and leverage relevant benchmarks (including business models) outside of the core market.

- Work with the sales team on constantly improving our B2B sales pipeline, from lead generation to sales closure.

Revenue Management and App Optimisation (b2 B2C ) :

- Strategize and execute App Optimisation across Android and iOS.

- Strategize, plan, execute and optimize user adoption, engagement, and retention on the platform.

- Coordinate with our B2B clients on App adoption, engagement, and user retention.-

Desired Candidate Profile : 

- 5+ Years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B2C product firm with both B2B lead generation and B2C user adoption/revenue generation experience.

- Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.

- Hands-on with Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.

- Accomplished at leveraging full value from marketing automation processes and tools.

- Experienced in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

- Experienced in A/B and multivariate experiments

- Solid knowledge of the web, mobile, and social analytics tools.

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to work both autonomously and as a team player
