Manager - Digital Marketing (4-8 yrs)
Job Responsibility:-
- Annual, quarterly and monthly budgeting for planned digital marketing initiatives.
- Digital Marketing monthly analysis report preparation and presentation to senior management.
- Digital Marketing strategy formulation in line with business strategy
- Planning (annual, quarterly and monthly) various initiatives of digital marketing to execute the strategy formulated.
- Monitoring the execution of planned initiatives and updating the senior management on the progress and effectiveness.
- Digital Marketing team management and development.
- Devising and monitoring implementing Social Media Strategies. Developing and monitoring the various social media accounts of the organization.
- Managing all websites of the organization and do maintenance and repair work in WordPress etc.
- Monitoring and evaluating web analytics dashboards.
- Content creations such as posts, blogs, articles, newsletters etc.
- Performing all on-page and off page SEO activities.
- Researching regarding keywords, link analysis/audit, and in-depth competition analysis etc.
Technical Skill:-
- Knowledge and extensive experience of planning, budgeting and execution in field Digital Marketing.
- SEO and SMM hands-on experience.
- Word press based website handling knowledge and experience.
- Ability to understand the business/market needs.
- Ability and experience to manage teams.
- Ability and experience of leading digital marketing function.
- Ability to work in cohesion with various business teams.
- Ability to quickly understand the services of the organization.
- Ability to prepare reports.
- Creative writing ability.
