Manager - Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record of 3 to 5 years in the field. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in managing digital marketing strategies, with a focus on LinkedIn, website content, campaigns, and events. The candidate will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth.
LinkedIn Management :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategy to enhance brand presence.
- Create and optimize engaging LinkedIn content, including posts, articles, and multimedia materials.
- Monitor and analyze LinkedIn performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and improvements.
Website Content :
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's website content.
- Ensure that website content is optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update website content based on business needs and marketing campaigns.
Campaign Management :
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets.
Event Management :
- Conceptualize and coordinate digital marketing strategies for virtual and in-person events.
- Manage pre-event, on-site, and post-event digital marketing activities.
- Utilize social media and other online channels to promote events and engage the target audience.
Social Media Management :
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategy.
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement on various social media platforms.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Regularly track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to enhance overall strategy.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and others to measure and analyze results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in digital marketing, with a focus on LinkedIn, website content, campaigns, and events.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
