Manager - Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Opportunity to lead and drive marketing effort for an early stage startup

- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.

- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

- Conducting market research and creating campaigns for space marketing.

- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company services.

- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ad words, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.

- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)

- To conduct meetings / promotional activities / attend medical events in order to bring about a sense of the existence of profrea

- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)

- To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop a sound marketing plan.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Proven experience as Marketing - Offline and Digital or similar role

- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practice

- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns, and SEO/SEM

- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends, etc.)

- Skills and experience in creative content writing

- Analytical mindset and critical thinking

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
