Manager - Digital Marketing (10-15 yrs)

An ideal candidate will expand company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content. He/she should successfully create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. Immediate joining would be preferred and salary is not bar for right candidate.

Core responsibilities : 

- Graphic design of creatives and catalogues for social media posts, banner, logos, infographics and other requirements of the firm (using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel/InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)

- Create, curate and manage all types of content (photography, dat lays, styling, videos, reels)

- Should do the conceptualization of content and manage it

- Photography and styling for social media for products as required

- Monitor, listen to customer queries to understand the response to content and engagement

- Working closely with different functions within the organization to get a bird's eye view of what we can talk about, especially the marketing team

- Oversee relevant imagery (ie: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Blog, etc.)

- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Display Advertising

- Maintain social media presence across all digital channels

- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

- Ideate, create and execute relevant, original and high-quality content on a daily basis

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content

- Develop and manage website content

Qualification:

- Proficient Graphic Designing skills

- Matured Content creation skills

- Must have product knowledge

- Can effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format and adapt an idea according to the relevant channel (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Blog, etc.)

- Experience in creating and curating relevant and engaging content

- Team player with confidence and independent working ethics

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
