Shrimad Rajchandra Mission, Delhi is a non-profit spiritual organisation essentially working in different ways to connect and push people inwards. From the past decade, our organisation has been conducting various Spiritual Discourses (Satsang) and Meditation Programs (Sadhana), where people from all walks of life, religion and age are quenching their spiritual thirst from the infinite fountains of bliss, wisdom and love flowing from Sri Guru (the Master). The organisation has always maintained it's digital presence on various platforms like Youtube, Twitter, Facebook etc. Now the organisation envisions to formally spread-out its online presence in a more effective and structured way. Responsibilities:

- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing

- Plan & strategize marketing and campaigning of online spiritual and yogic courses.

- Mapping out short- and long-term content strategies that support and extend marketing initiatives, and determine which methods work for the brand and why

- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.

- Development of a multi-channel content calendar defining the owners in each vertical

- Conducting ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness

- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Evolving standards, systems, workflow and best practices for content creation, content distribution, content maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies

- Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice; optimized for search and customer experience for all channels of content (online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, print and in-person)

- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

- Ensuring consistent global experience and implement appropriate localization/translation strategies Key Competence:

1. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

2. Managing processes

3. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

4. Demonstrated experience in overseeing the implementation of websites, mobile applications, digital marketing strategies, SEO and online advertising and promotional strategies.

5. Proven track record for marketing of online courses 6. Able to develop budgets and familiar with financial planning and strategy 7. Experience in setting up and optimizing CTA based campaigns on all major platforms

8. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

9. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
