We are an early stage digital health startup (currently operating in stealth mode), focusing on improving access to healthcare. We are looking for someone who is passionate about healthcare and about scaling businesses.

Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for an experienced digital branding and marketing expert to drive efforts to grow our users, followers, and engagement by multi-X. Someone with a strong understanding of B2C digital branding and marketing, and strong hands-on experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and measuring all marketing activities.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

- Setting clear monthly goals and performance metrics to grow revenue, users, followers, and engagement.

- Developing and implementing multi-channel marketing plans to achieve goals and KPIs

- Developing and executing campaigns, influencer engagements, and PR strategies

- Developing and executing content plans for website, email, SMS, Google, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest), and discussion boards

- Creating kickass content copy, graphics, videos, captions, and hashtags for ads, posts, stories, reels, and tiktoks

- Creating winning google and social media ads, A/B testing, analyzing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and continuously improving ad campaigns

- Using third party platforms to plan, create, and publish content

- Developing PR (earned and paid) strategy and coordinating with PR agencies and influencers for promotional campaigns

- Communicating with followers and responding to queries in a timely manner

- Monitoring brand recall, brand share, content performance, ad performance, ROI, ROAS, and other marketing and sales metrics, diving deep into the root cause and addressing relevant opportunities/weaknesses through innovative marketing programs

- Preparing monthly reports including performance, gaps, and action plans

- Monitoring competitive activities (acquisition, pricing, products/services, features, user experience)

- Undertaking all market research to obtain feedback on various aspects of the brand, identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expanding market share

- Staying up-to-date on best practices, emerging trends, and hacks in digital and social media marketing

- Any other responsibilities as needed

Requirements :

- MBA from a premier B-school in marketing, with at least 2 years of work experience in B2C branding and marketing

- Experience in FMCG and/or products targeting female consumers will be an advantage

- Prior experience in an e-comm startup will be an advantage

- Have proven success in managing marketing budgets for early-stage internet brands

- Have a successful track record in launching a new brand

- Passionate about improving access to hassle-free healthcare

- Passionate about female health and empowerment

- Be a self-driven leader who takes ownership and responsibility

- Be able to plan and execute strategies independently as well as with a team

- Be resourceful and have an entrepreneurial mindset

- Be able to work in a lean and agile team

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Have strong creative and analytical skills

- Be eager to learn and take up new challenges

- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

This is a full-time role. There will be a basic remuneration and bonus based on individual and company performance. You will be part of the early-stage launch team, so the right candidate will have enormous opportunities for growth.
