Manager/Deputy Manager - Product Development - BFS (3-6 yrs)

Primary job role :
Development of new products and management of existing products in the ETF and AIF vertical. The role would require to conduct extensive research and analysis of the ETF and AIF landscape and thereby constantly innovate and improve the existing product line and processes. Would be required to work on all aspects of product development including developing a thorough understanding of investments, operations, risk, legal and compliance.
Key responsibilities :
- Innovate and develop the product line and processes
- Competition mapping
- P&L management
- Project management oriented
Key skills :
- Understanding of the financial market landscape
- Knowledge of MF regulations will be preferred
- Someone who is able to take up project initiatives and see through to delivery
