- An Ed-tech startup, our client is creating a niche in the education sector by providing teachers with various online tools that can improve their experience as instructors beyond the classroom. With recent success in the Indian market, they are all set for a strategic growth in the APAC markets.
The Job :
- You will be our customer champion handling all product and service queries and proposing suitable product and service offerings depending on client's requirements. You will also be required to process orders, maintain documentation, escalating critical issues, working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery and ensuring best-in-class customer service levels.
The Profile :
- You have at least 4 years experience within a Customer Service role.
- Experience dealing with EdTech products or within Education sector would be a plus.
- You have a solid track record of performing and achieving targets.
- You have good understanding of CRM tools and have worked with a few in your previous roles.
- You have excellent skills dealing with clients, especially in critical situations and you can handle both calls and emails with equal empathy.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You pay strong attention to detail and you are capable of multitasking.
