Job Title : Customer Success Manager

- As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with a portfolio of clients and be accountable for driving the adoption, engagement, renewal, and growth of our platform and client pool. You will be a part of the Account Management Team & build relationships and uncover the pain points of your clients and show them how they can drive business value while using the consumr.ai platform.

- You will master our platform once you are on board and then using a combination of your existing digital technical skills & your understanding of the client's business, you will help them derive more value and deliver better results using the consumr.ai platform.

Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements to develop tailored success plans and strategies.

- Proactively engage with clients to drive adoption, usage, and maximum value from our products/services.

- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and product demonstrations to provide ongoing support and guidance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure client satisfaction and success.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts, working closely with the sales team.

- Act as an advocate for clients within the organization, providing feedback, insights, and recommendations for product enhancements or improvements.

- Monitor customer health metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and take proactive measures to address any potential issues or concerns.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to provide value-added insights to clients.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, in the Digital Advertising/SAAS Industry.

- Experience of working in/with media and digital advertising agencies will be a big plus.

- Hands on experience of Meta and Google advertising tools and platforms including but not limited to: Facebook Campaign Manager, Google PMAX, CDP, DSP, SSPs, Programmatic campaigns etc. and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

- Understanding of customer success principles and methodologies, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive strategic recommendations and actions.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
