Roles and responsibilities

- Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase company revenue.

- Responsible for building relationships with potential clients and partners, creating and implementing sales strategies, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.

- Provide complete account management support

- Responsible for researching and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities and staying up-to-date on industry developments.

- Assist in troubleshooting at customer end, by providing technical support and guidance to clients to ensure smooth and efficient use of the software and addressing any issues or concerns they may have

Experience that we get excited about :

- Graduate from (B.E/B.tech/ MBA) in IT

- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in sales for SaaS based products in education sector

- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Sound technical knowledge (Database - Mongo DB knowledge or basic SQL Skills)
