Job Description/ Skills required
- Ownership of delivery & customer success for Implementation & Support of our products.
- Ability to match between customer requirements in Order Management 02C( Order to cash), AR ( Accounts Receivable) processes and product functionalities.
- Preferred APICS Certified.
- Understand business requirements, document them in standard formats, obtain business user approval and work them seamlessly into the existing framework
- Familiar with data model, feature definition, extensive screen and report definitions in the O2C space.
- Strong expertise in ETL, SQL, XML, Scripting & Java
- Plan and responsible for quality testing including user acceptance testing.
- Experience with Business Process Modelling methodologies and practices
- Exposure to modern user interfaces and a flair to keep abreast with technology
- Ability to learn new processes / domains
- Master's in accounting / CA / CFA / MBA - Finance - from leading university
- Excellent Written and Oral Skills
