Our client is an EdTech platform that provides non-traditional, creative and innovative ways for children to learn coding, which will help them discover and understand technology.

The Job

As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure smooth operations of the business on a daily basis, overseeing and communicating schedules with students as well as organising trainings with facilitators

You will be responsible for :

- Organising students on-boarding and scheduling

- Establishing relationships with full-time and part-time facilitators across the country.

- Managing regular feedback cycles and obtaining from relevant stakeholders

- Working collaboratively with the sales and the technology team to continuously improve efficiency in delivering value to customer

The Profile

- You ideally have some experience in Customer Success or similar role, within the education sector.

- You have a proven track record of excellence and strong bias to action

- You are motivated and have a growth mindset, with willingness to learn continuously

- You are a strong relationship builder, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

- You are eager to be part of a high-performing team!
