Customer Success Manager - Semi Voice Process

We are looking for super passionate Call Center Representatives who will be a strong liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for providing technical support to the customers through troubleshooting.

- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

- Maintain CRM hygiene

- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Skills:

- 1-4 years of past experience in a customer support role voice process preferably domestic.

- Good verbal and written communication in English. Good verbal communication in English plus any additional south Indian language

- Ability to take multiple calls in a day and patiently resolve customer queries.

- Innovative thinker and ready to work any time.

- Quick learner,energetic and active and good team player

- Basic analytical skills.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Candidates having Software/App Troubleshooting Experience are preferred.
