Manager - Customer Success (4-8 yrs)

What would you do ?

- You will be aligned to our Customer Success vertical and will help us in the function that deals with clients, internal and external stakeholders related areas such as recruiting, onboarding, data management, client management, candidate management. You will be working as a part of Business Operations team which is responsible for providing backend and frontend support for our clients.

- This team works on designing, developing, and implementing business Strategies to support the end-to-end client needs and candidate experience across lifecycle. This includes account management, stakeholder management, as and when needed, coordinate with the delivery team and stakeholder and deliver the business activities to the clients.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- In this role you are required to cater to the regular demands received by the client and internal stake holders and ensuring that the client is constantly engaged and driven to achieve the organizational goals.

- You will be provided moderate to detailed instructions on the tasks that has to be completed on priority and furthermore you will be expected to be the communication bridge between the internal team and the clients.

- Your expected interactions are within your own team, direct managers, company management and clients.

- The decisions that you make would impact yours and the team's work and productivity.

- You will be a working as an Individual contributor and a team player where you would be handling/communicating with the team on a regular basis and ensure the assigned tasks are completed within the deadline.
