Assist Team Leaders with development, process improvement, analysis and implementation of efficiency or quality initiatives. Monitor resource utilization & performance
Profile Description:
- Any Graduate / MBA
- Total experience 10 years plus
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Team Manager / Ops Manager in a domestic/international BPO
