Manager - Customer Service (3-12 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for order and schedule processing which includes activities like receipt of PO, schedule transfer, tracking of production, supply commitment etc.,
- Tracking of orders
- Customer communication and periodical interactions
- Meet customer's delivery metrics.
- Coordinate with functions like planning, production, Development, regional representatives and SCMs.
- Meet customer specific requirements.
- Meet monthly and yearly budget numbers.
- Work with marketing in budget preparation.
