Customer Relationship Manager (Females)

- We are looking for an experienced customer relationship manager to be responsible for resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. She should be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

- Addressing customer concerns and complaints

- Liaising with the Customers/Clients on the requirements

- Liaising with the Distributors/Clients on the requirements

- Liaising with the team

- Act as an escalation point for service related problems via email, phone

- Assist in training and helping the clients to use the product

- Ensure all system records are up to date and accurate

- Input accurate customer information into the database

- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently

- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Any Graduate

- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office

- Great attention to detail

- Strong organizing and time management skills

- Customer service skills

- Customer handling skills

- Problem solving and solutions providing skills

- Ability to work well with a team

- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
