Experience : 2 Years to 4 Years
Responsibility :
Identifying Sales Opportunities : Analyzing consumer needs, understanding the market, evaluating competitors' market share, strengths, weaknesses, and forecasting business projections to achieve a targeted market share.
Maintaining Relationships with Brokers : Building and nurturing relationships with brokers to increase sales and explore new opportunities.
Automating Customer Relationship Management : Taking an active role in implementing and using systems to automate customer relationship management processes.
Utilizing Database Information for Customer Engagement : Using database information to connect with customers on special occasions and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential key customers.
Exploring New Sales Opportunities : Actively seeking new sales prospects through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and using social media platforms.
Providing Input for Sales and Marketing Plans : Collaborating with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing to develop plans and budgets for promotional activities.
Involvement in Above-The-Line and Below-The-Line Marketing Activities: Actively participating in and coordinating Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities and events.
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction : Engaging with customers regularly to gauge satisfaction levels, offering solutions to their issues, and escalating ongoing project concerns to the operations team for resolution.
Training and Motivating Sales Staff : Counseling and motivating Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) to enhance their sales effectiveness and meet company objectives.
Document Control for Property Sales : Taking responsibility for organizing and archiving documents related to the sale of flats to retail buyers.
Scouting for Joint Development Agreement (JDA) Opportunities: Assisting in discovering new JDA opportunities for the company through personal and broker networks.
