Customer Relationship Manager
- We're on the lookout for a Relationship Manager with great communications skills who can speak English gently. Also, has the ability to handle pressure. Preferably should have previously owned a pet.
- This person is a go-getter and is a problem solver. Will need to do a lot of stakeholder management and hence should be having great interpersonal skills.
Eligibility : Graduate from a Bachelors program
Location : Bangalore
What you will do : As a Relationship Manager
- Coordinate for the task management between pet parents with a Vet/ Trainers
- Maintain relationships with identified customers
- Revenue enablement by upsell, cross-sell, etc
- Be the company's face for the customer
- Solve for pet's needs
