Job Description :

As a Customer Relationship Manager at Amit Home Appliances, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our valued clients. You will be responsible for managing interactions with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing personalized support to enhance their overall experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up to ensure their needs are met effectively.

- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions.

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.

- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.

- Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and generate reports to management on a regular basis.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customer groups.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.

- Prior experience in the home appliances industry is a plus.
