Manager - Customer Relationship - Fibre Projects (15-20 yrs)
1. Clear understanding of technology of IMS and MPLS and roll out at large scale.
2. FTTH rollout experience at large scale
3. Aware of the geography having handled the project execution in past
4. One should be well versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve.
5. The customer relationship manager will not only solve customer requests but will proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the customer's issues and challenges.
6. The customer relationship manager will follow up on every issue and ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product or services sold to customers.
7. Taking up the project related issues to customer & ensuring customer support.
8. Developing CRM Strategy Project
9. Planning the implementation of CRM activities
10. Coordination of collaborative CRM activities with other managers.
11. Redressal of customer related issues, complaints & requirements in a timely manner
12. Creating/Inculcating a culture of customer delight.
13. Ensuring High CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score.
14. Creating excellent customer relation.
Can be able to communicate in Telugu and experience in fiber projects.
