Qualification : HSC/Graduate/Post Graduate
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- 1 Year - 3 Years experience in Email/inbound - outbound voice/chat process in Domestic or International or any industry
- Should be comfortable working in rotational shift
Job Profile :
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Cancel or upgrade accounts.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Salary : 18K Net + PF + Other Benefits + Attractive Incentives
