- We are hiring Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for Dr. Bhatia Medical Coaching Institute.
Location : Head Office (Gurgaon)
Experience : 7+ years.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- A typical CRM role at Manager/Sr Manager level.
- Handles large teams, in both voice and web/mail/chat processes.
- Ensures High NPE and CSAT scores, Average call handling and web based revert TAT minimal.
- Hands on with managing three formats of Diallers.
- SOP and SLA MGT
- Doubling up as a trainer
- At least 7+ years of experience
- Trained on the Quality Aspects
- Worked and turned around on the CSAT survey workable areas.
