Manager - Customer Relationship - BFS (0-2 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION -
1) To make calls and communicate with customers to sell Financial Products - Investment Adviser
2) To fulfil customer's Stock Market queries over phone and regular follow up contacts, sales and quires.
3) To handle end to end Financial Advisor - Client relationships including pitching, negotiations, payment collection and troubleshooting.
4) To maintain records of new sale and established connections with basic computer skills.
5)The willingness to opt for target oriented role.
Skills Required :
1.Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi is Mandatory & Any Regional Language is an advantage)
2. Hard worker & Go Getter
3. Dedication & Accountability
4. Basic Computer Skills
5. Zeal To Be Successful in very short period
