Customer Relationship Manager | B2B


- Be the primary point of contact for customers with regards to overall account management.

- Lead the setup and maintenance of the CRM tools and softwares

- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, and expanding the company brand.

- Investigate and solve customer problems and handle any and all customer complaints.

- Create and present reports and business reviews to clients including but not limited to: status reports, meeting agendas and minutes, action logs, risk assessments, etc.

- Assist Operations and Accounting on issuing accurate invoice/billing to Customers.

- Facilitate discussions, internal and external, on process efficiencies and drive the program until successful closure.

Qualifications :

- You have a diploma / degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

- You have solid prior experience in a similar role.

- You have experience in SQL data extraction, overseeing and driving campaigns and projects.

- You are analytical, data-driven and well-versed with Excel.

- You are detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.

- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

- You are a strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments

- Knowledge of CRM softwares and other SaaS based apps eg. Zoho or Hubspot or Salesforce
