Good Communication Skills
Should have at least 1 Year of experience in Customer Service ( Voice or Mail )
Call Center / BPO candidates are preferable.
Job Profile:
- Handle existing clients of the company
- Resolve customer queries on call, e-mail, chat or on social media.
- Maintaining relationship between company and client.
- Giving information related to the products and the services to the clients.
- Rolling out the special offers and discounts to the premium clients and updating them about the same.
- Greeting clients on special occasions by sending bulk e-mails to the clients.
- Handling complaints and resolving issues of the clients.
Shift Time: 10 AM - 6 PM
Week Off: Sunday fixed Off
