Designation: Customer Relationship Manager
Job Responsibility :
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently on call, e-mail and chat.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
Qualification :
HSC / Graduate / Any Graduate

Requirement :
- Excellent oral and Written Communication Skills (English)
- Good at Customer Interaction and Listening Skills
- Willing to take initiative to resolve issues.
Salary :
- Salary Upto 2.60 Lac CTC (22K TH) + Huge Incentives
Shift :
- Fixed Day Shift
Age Limit: 35 Max.
