Job Description

EnglishHelper- is expanding its footprint rapidly. The incumbent's key role will be to manage daily operations of EnglishHelper- online learning solutions. S/he will work closely with senior management and partners of the company to coordinate and oversee customer success, teacher operations, partnerships and a variety of on-demand activities. The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

o Relationship Management - B2B and B2C Customer segment

 Teacher Management - Hiring, training, engagement and support

- Coordination and Supervision - Liaison between technology, product and business teams, ensuring deliverables are met

- Using customer insights to constantly enhance product

- Implementing operations plans

- Partner management

Qualifications & Experience :

Graduate / Post Graduate - Business Administration

Relevant experience of 4 - 6 years in Customer Operations

Competencies & Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must have fundamental knowledge about digital products

- Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams

- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

- Data-focused decision-making ability and analytical thinking

- Problem solving ability
