Manager - Customer Engagement (8-10 yrs)
Responsible for retaining existing active clients & increase revenue. Ensure consistent client engagement activities to fence these clients using digital & offline mediums. Also required to build smart data analytics to understand client trading behaviour/segmentation & run marketing campaign to retain our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work on building Retention strategies for clients to keep them active.
- Will be responsible for the assigned targets for usability levels (KPI) in terms of retaining existing client to trade & increase wallet share.
- Create, Optimize & evolve retention strategies to fence clients.
- Introduce clients with relevant Equity & Non-Equity Products to increase business.
- Identify areas of customer improvement experience & Create new & develop existing retention campaigns & loyalty programs.
- Evaluate program results and optimize as required.
- Coordinate with Research teams to engage clients with relevant research content/article to create engagement.
- Good Content writing skills to communicate effectively to clients through mailers & SMS.
- Strong business analytics to identify clients.
- Liaise with Product Team for new Product launches & create effective marketing campaign for the clients.
