Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Care Manager with experience in fast fashion customer service and a solid understanding of social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be adept at using digital channels to enhance and personalize the customer experience. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and using digital tools to engage customers and elevate their experience with our brand.

Responsibilities :

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media platforms, WhatsApp, and other digital channels, providing timely and accurate assistance.

- Monitor social media channels for customer queries, comments, and feedback, engaging in a manner that promotes our brand's values and enhances customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement strategies and campaigns for engaging customers on the brand website and through mailers and WhatsApp campaigns, tailoring content to improve customer experience and loyalty.

- Track and analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the customer service strategy.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align customer service initiatives with broader company goals.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in customer service, specifically within the fast fashion industry.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication tools.

- Experience in managing customer engagement and retention campaigns, including email and WhatsApp marketing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.

- Proficiency in all major CRM software and digital communication tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
