Manager - Creative (10-20 yrs)

Responsibility:

- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to create compelling marketing assets, including static creatives, brochures, GIFs, and other digital content.

- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Develop creative strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage the audience, and drive desired actions, while adhering to brand guidelines and honesty

- Drive improvements in click-through rates (CTR), lead quality, and sales through effective creative execution.

- Lead the content team in creating website content, landing pages, brochures, and digital media copies, including compelling call-to-action messages and copy for marketing creatives.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and creative design.

- Provide guidance and feedback to team members to foster their professional growth and development.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.

- Continuously optimize and iterate on creatives based on performance data and feedback.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (10+ years) in a creative leadership role, preferably in a performance marketing or digital advertising environment.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing assets across different channels and formats.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of creatives.

- Deep understanding of branding, messaging, and storytelling, with a keen eye for design aesthetics and detail.

- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and performance metrics.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
