Business development, Sales and delivery of tech enabled recruitment solutions to Large & MSME & other Institutions

Responding to inbound enquiries for assigned regions, from all sources

A proactive planner with expertise in business planning, market plan execution, client acquisition, client servicing with a compulsory skill in competitor and market benchmarking & analysis.

Directly responsible for revenue generation (Hard core sales & service)

New client acquisitions and managing the existing clients for providing exceptional consulting services & delight to accomplish the repeat customer & rental revenue targets.

Perform high-level positioning and identification of strategic business

Developing business opportunities that are strategic from a revenue perspective or complex in nature, requiring high-level complex selling skills

MoM and yearly forecasting, pricing, key account management, adding new logo & ensuring testimonial.

Defining prospect business from RFP to RFQ stage, price negotiation & closure, onboarding & Collection

Relationship Management and customer satisfaction across the accounts

Prospecting activities and researching potential prospects online in order to produce more qualified sales opportunities
