The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

- Corporate client acquisition and retention.

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the pest control industry.

- Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing key accounts by offering additional services or expanding service coverage.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans for each key account, outlining objectives, tactics, and timelines.

- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional pest control services or products.

- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with key clients, ensuring that terms are favorable for both parties.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.

- Use market insights to develop strategies that give the company a competitive edge.

- Monitor key account performance against established KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and targets. Take corrective actions when necessary to ensure client satisfaction and contract compliance.

- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to resolve any issues or disputes quickly and effectively.

- Ensure that all services and activities related to key accounts comply with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.

- Gather feedback from key clients to continuously improve services and address any concerns promptly.

- Managing monthly billing volume.

- Ensuring brand consistency.

- Collecting and analyzing sales data and trends.

- Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.

- Liaising with sales and marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products.

- Stay up to date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.

- Establishing productive, professional relationships with premier customer accounts; coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.

- Dr. collection follow-up and maintaining credit bucket.

Ideal Candidate

- Graduate in any stream

- Minimum 05 years B2B & B2C sales experience.

- Previous experience with the Pest Control industry / Banking and Finance / Real-estate / Facility Management / Pesticides / Chemical Industry will be given preference.
