Manager - Corporate Sales - MICE (6-7 yrs)

Job Description :

- Dealing with MICE queries / enquiries PAN India to achieve target

- Getting the Corporates to sign-up to use the online booking tool

- Ensure transactions are being done on that tool

- Ensure scheduled training are done for the corporate to use the tool

- Schedule appointments with the Corporate clients who have signed-up on the website

- Plan events, itineraries and give best possible product as per corporate requirements

- Acquire new corporate accounts & maintain the portfolio of existing clients.

- Cold calls, reference calls, follow up for payments

- Coordination with MICE Ops team to resolve corporate queries within the given TAT

- Responsible for doing Market research for analyzing market movement

- Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (air, lodgings etc.) and operations

- Collect post-travel feedback form from every client.

- Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors

- Provide advice on travel documents, insurance and forex

- Process reports pertaining to travel and expense and handle reimbursements

- Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures

- Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies

- Responsible for developing strategies to hit or exceed sales targets

- Promoting and marketing the business, sometimes to new or niche markets and or corporates of all sizes

- Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations

- Overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business.

- Ensure the quotes are sent in the minimum waiting time to the client followed by a telephonic feedback

- Communicating with sales consultants and providing encouragement, help and advice;

- Dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.

- Demonstrate an awareness of some of the main trends in travel. This incorporates the demand for tailor-made holidays.

- Knowledge, R & D of popular and upcoming destinations is also important
