Manager - Corporate Sales - IT Staffing Firm (4-10 yrs)

- We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy resource to help us build up our business activities to meet the entry level talent demand for IT customers. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategic next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities. He will be responsible to maintain, promote, develop and expand the business of our organization and its interests generally.

Designation : Manager - Corporate Sales

Qualification : Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration

Experience : 4 Years and above

Location : Pune

Employment Type : Full-Time 6 Days

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Developing sales strategy to achieve agreed targets, effective search for leads/prospects, penetrate new markets

2. Direct, manage and carry out presentations, proposals and price negotiations to deliver accurate and competitive information whilst maintaining maximum profit margin and to prepare and deliver client/customer presentations, proposals and price lists

3. Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs.

4. Overall responsibility for the direction, strategic development, performance and delivery of Source & Train Model

5. Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.

6. Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans

7. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development

8. Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

9. Should be able to take team leader role within 12 months

Skills and Qualifications :

1. Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them

2. Good network existing network with Corporates specially with HR of large IT Companies

3. Ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision and deliver results

4. Willing to travel extensively to meet business objectives

5. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills

7. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

8. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

9. Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

10. Strong leadership and team building skill
