POSITION : Corporate Sales Manager
Experience: 2+ yrs
This role would involve direct hunting of enterprise clients through right prospecting techniques. Connecting with stakeholders in enterprises, understand their requirements and do qualification calls. Setting up meetings/web calls to present our products, handle client objections and closing deals.
- Candidate should have know-how on recruitment/hiring market and needs of organizations in this industry.
- Must have sold pool database to big brands for their hiring requirements.
- Should have a knack to build rapport and convince people.
- Candidate should have good aptitude and communication (both verbal and written) skills. MBA is preferred.
- Prospecting key accounts, target right stakeholders and understand their hiring process and future requirements. - Pitch to use campus hiring from Aspiring Minds pool of pre-assessed candidates (available PAN India).
- Hunting, farming and retention of existing clients would be at the core of this job profile.
- Build relationships with C Suite executives(Recruitment Head, Head HR, CHRO)
- Managing hiring events for clients.
- Maintaining proper trackers.
