Manager - Corporate Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Work with the agent on planning and evaluating activities and goals.
- To develop, agree and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for existing customers.
- Guide and motivate Team members regarding Maximized Business and generate New Leads From Open Market.
- Develop New Strategies for increasing the Business.
- Always Motivate Your Team Members.
- Recruitment and improvement of quality advisors.
- Hiring by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Experience: Min 2+ years of experience in Field Sales & Marketing
- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA+ Incentives+ Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
- Good Leadership skill
- Good Communication skills
