Manager - Corporate Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- You can achieve growth and exceed sales targets by managing the sales team well.
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its survival.
- You personally hire, set goals for, mentor, and assess sales representatives' performance.
