Roles and responsibilities:
- In order to guarantee an efficient sales force, supervise the recruiting, hiring, and training of a company's sales personnel.
- Create and put into action programs that will improve sales performance.
- Reach out to clients by phone and email with offers of goods and services
- Visit customers or set up meetings to talk about a product and how it will satisfy their needs.
- Present and pitch products to customers, emphasizing their advantages in order to encourage purchases.
- Engage in conversation with clients to learn about their needs and help them choose suitable items that satisfy those needs.
- Encourage and mentor sales teams to reach objectives and enhance performance.
