Job Description :

As a Corporate Sales Manager at OYO, you will be responsible for driving corporate sales and partnerships to expand our business presence in Bangalore. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to acquire new corporate clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and target potential corporate clients in Bangalore to generate new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in corporate organizations.

- Develop customized proposals and presentations to showcase OYO's offerings and value proposition to corporate clients.

- Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of corporate sales initiatives.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the corporate sales landscape.

Requirements :

- Graduate degree in any field.

- 0-3 years of experience in corporate sales or a related field.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
