The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision and, possess a high degree of problem solving skills. Operating in a rapidly evolving environment will require the candidate to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities

- Planning client acquisition strategies

- Cold calling, Lead Generation through various sources

- Value selling to CXOs, Head - HRs, Admins, Facility manager etc.

Requirements

- Post graduate degree in Business management/B.tech etc from top tier institutions.

- 0-2 years- experience of corporate/B2B sales having working relationships which can be leveraged for future sales.

- Experience of working in a start-up will be a plus
