Role : Corporate Sales Manager

Job Description :

The Manager (Sales & Business Development) will be joining the Anzy's rapidly expanding team and will be working closely with the internal and external stakeholders both locally and globally. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities for Anzy's services and offerings both for the Indian and Global markets and grow our client base in this region. The incumbent will also support prospective and existing clients and grow our customer base and revenue.

- Build and scale offerings of our services for current and existing clientele.

- Make sure that we set highly ambitious sales targets and that we reach them.

- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure effective and efficient onboarding of new customers and drive greater usage/adoption over a period of time.

- Ensure the customer is achieving ROI and optimal results constantly.

- Increase service adoption and customer retention.

- Strive to build world-class customer satisfaction and 100% repeat business.

- Be part of a leadership team in developing and executing our growth strategy.

- Maintain a deep understanding of our services and offerings; educate the customers regarding the same and relevant ones for their business needs.

- Drive solution strategy & create win themes mapped to customer business requirements (in collaboration with delivery teams)

- Prepare winning proposals that meet customer needs with attractive value propositions.

- Aligning with key customer stakeholders to establish a stronger customer relationship management program.

- Negotiate at times when required.

Relevant Skills & Expertise :

- Research new business avenues and potential customers

- Proven track record of establishing themselves as a strategic trusted advisor to clients.

- Must be able to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to an audience of varying perception levels.

- Experience in Sales & Business development function of SaaS, Technology or Startup companies with a highly energetic environment.

- Data-driven and great communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-starter who can own ongoing customer success of both large and small clients
