Manager - Corporate Sales - Building Materials (1-6 yrs)

Dear Candidate - please read the Job Description for the role of Sales Manager - Corporate Sales for a Leader in Outdoor Signages. It is a Bangalore based job but it may include domestic travel.

1. Have a proven ability of cold-calling, prospecting and generating new business leads for the Company

2. Visit client's place in-person for better understanding of their requirements

3. Report the same to your Manager / Vice President on a daily basis

4. In discussion with the Manager and the Support Team, come up with Solutions that meets customer requirement in terms of price, delivery schedules and terms of payment.

5. Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team, and independently with minimal supervision, on multiple projects.

6. Maintain a tracker for each client. Stay in constant touch with client and build strong business relationships.

7. Focus on Goals / Targets / Objectives achievement consistently month after month independantly.

8. Responsible for timely collection of all payments due and overdue.

9. Provide the Company with timely, accurate competitors data in terms of pricing, delivery schedules etc.,

- Ideally, the candidate should have his / her own 2-wheeler or a 4-wheeler for Company's work. This company has a reimbursement policy for fuel. Experience selling products / solutions to Corporates will certainly help.

- The candidate will need to converse fluently in English Hindi Kannada and any other Indian language.
